Construction Update

Construction within Carseldine Village has been full steam ahead!

Civil, electrical, and landscaping works for Stage 4B are now complete. The completion of this milestone marks the final civil works for our terrace homes.

In addition to the progress on Stage 4B, construction has also commenced on Stage 3 homes. Our Stage 3 home buyers couldn’t be more excited and are looking forward to moving into their new homes.

But that’s not all – the subdivision works for the Village Heart precinct have now commenced. This development will be the heart of Carseldine Village, offering a range of convenience shops, dining, and health care services. It will also provide a central gathering place, where residents and the local community can meet friends, socialise, and enjoy the lively atmosphere.

Carseldine Village Carnivale

The Carseldine Village Carnivale event was a huge success, bringing the community together for a day of fun, food, and entertainment. Held in August, the event was a celebration for the residents and local community to enjoy the village and the great amenity it has to offer.

The event featured a range of activities and attractions that were enjoyed by people of all ages. From live music and roving entertainment to clay activities and a bouncy obstacle course, there was something for everyone to enjoy.

The success of the Carseldine Village Carnivale event is a testament to the strong sense of community that exists within the area. It was heartening to see people from all walks of life come together to celebrate the diversity and vibrancy of the community.

The Rocks Cafe

Are you looking for a new spot to grab a coffee or a bite to eat? Look no further than The Rocks Café at Carseldine Village!

This charming cafe is located on the ground floor of the Rockpool Residential Aged Care facility, overlooking The Green sporting fields and offers a range of delicious food and drink options that are sure to satisfy your cravings. Whether you’re in the mood for a hearty breakfast, a light lunch, or a sweet treat, The Rocks Café has something for everyone.

The café has recently extended its trading hours and is now open:

Wednesday   7:30 am–3 pm
Thursday       7:30 am–3 pm
Friday            7:30 am–3 pm
Saturday       8:30 am–1:30 pm
Sunday         Closed
Monday        7:30 am–3 pm.

The brand-new C&K childcare centre is now open!

We are thrilled to announce that the brand new C&K Childcare Centre has opened its doors! This state-of-the-art facility is designed to provide high-quality childcare services to families in the local community.

The Centre is positioned next to Rockpool Residential Aged Care and opposite The Green. C&K Childcare believe that every child deserves the best possible start in life. With this philosophy in mind, the centre features spacious and bright playrooms, outdoor play areas, and age-appropriate learning resources that are designed to engage and inspire children.
