Developer appointed for the Village Heart

Last week we announced the appointment of @Delulcacorporation who will deliver the 5-Star Green Star Village Heart. Set to become a central gathering place where residents and the local community can meet friends, socialise, and enjoy shopping local, all Carseldine Village residents will have access to door-to-door convenience including a small format supermarket, medical centre, pharmacy, gym, swim school and more! 🛒🍽️

We also announced a new housing project for the precinct 🏡 Subject to development approval, @StGeorgeCommunityHousing, in partnership with @BricHousing, will deliver 152 social and affordable apartments creating the opportunity for safe and secure homes for even more Queenslanders.
