Stage 1 Works commenced

Civil and electrical works in Stage 1 at Carseldine Village has commenced.

Queensland’s largest family-owned civil construction company, Shadforth, has started on the $8.9 million works which will create the village’s first 53 terrace homes, as well as an aged care and/or retirement development site.

As part of stage 1 construction, three external intersections including Beams and Dorville Road will also be upgraded to ease traffic congestion.

Construction is expected to be completed for the civil and electrical construction of Stage 1 in May 2021 (subject to weather).
