The Green Star ratings at CV continue to grow!

In exciting development news, October 2022 saw C&K Childcare at Carseldine Village receive a 5 Star accreditation for the ‘Design & As built’ category, awarded by Green Building Council Australia (GBCA).

C&K Carseldine joins on-site aged care operators Rockpool Carseldine in achieving this accreditation, adding to both operators’ continued leadership in providing award-winning environments for their clients.

With the Carseldine Village development (including our current Terrace Homes) being awarded the ‘Communities’ back in January 2021, this means all projects currently live at the village are exemplars in Australian excellence in development!
